HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
Keep in mind that all jewelry is made to order, therefore it can take up to 7 business days to ship. All items are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Renae West will not be held liable for damages that may occur during the shipping process or for lost shipments. Please allow one to two weeks for US deliveries and three or more weeks for international deliveries.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
Yes! Every piece of Renae West jewelry comes packaged in a kraft box with a ribbon. Your jewelry will arrive ready to gift! This is included at no extra charge.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Of course! When checking out add your message to the comments section and we'll include your message with the order (and omit the packing invoice)!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return any unworn items, in their original packaging, for store credit or exchange within 20 days of receipt. Please click here to send us an email if you would like to make an exchange. Once we receive the returned item we will ship out your new jewelry.
MY JEWELRY BROKE ... CAN YOU FIX IT FOR ME?
Sometimes jewelry can break, and we are always happy to fix it. Depending on what needs to be fixed there may be a small charge. Please click here to send us an email with an explanation of what broke and, if possible, a picture of the item and we will let you know what the fee will be.
